You deserve a barn as unique as your property and your horses. We invite you to contact us today for a quote on your custom horse barn.

Getting Started

You’d be surprised how many horse barn projects come to us penned on the back of a napkin or on a scrap sheet of paper. However, you don’t even need that much. We help you shape and mold your ideas. We start with a visit to your home and never charge a fee for an on-site consultation.

We Focus on Your Style

We believe that teamwork, collaboration, communication, relationships, and shared vision are critical to building the horse barn of your dreams. During the design process, we uncover and define your style, which will inform the entire process. We also use advanced drafting software to design the interior and exterior, providing an in-depth view from the very beginning.

Defining Your Interior Options

The interior of your horse barn is one of the most critical parts of your project, and we listen carefully to make sure we get it right from the very beginning. From the doors and windows to the staircase and fireplace, form and function are aligned to deliver the results you deserve.

Estimating Your Dream

We begin with a rough estimate of project costs that gives you an idea of the barn’s budget based on your own ideas. Once the project design and materials are finalized, we provide you with a detailed line-by-line spreadsheet estimate for your new horse barn.

Signing the Contract

Once you are ready to proceed with your project, we provide a copy of our standard simple contract for your review. We also require a 15% deposit at the time of signing. With a signed contract, you will begin working with your dedicated project manager and team.

Pre-construction and Construction

Before the start of a project, all necessary permits must be in place. We can obtain these if you like. (Permit fees are not included in building costs.) As the project nears completion, the project team will compile a “punch list” of items that need to be completed. We will work on these prior to the official architect’s punch list in order to accelerate project completion.

Your Completed Dream

Finally the day comes when we walk with you around your completed project. What we work to achieve every time is for you to look around and say, “I love it! This is exactly what I wanted!”
